Refund policy
Returns & Refunds – Sonic Sam
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but any damage or excessive handling may result in a reduced refund.
Original standard postage will be refunded.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Note that Serial numbers and condition are recorded before dispatch. Returns must be the original item sent. Any items returned swapped, tampered with, or in a different condition may be refused and reported.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, not working, or not as described, contact us within 30 days.
We will offer a full refund or replacement and cover return postage.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
Second-hand condition
All items are pre-owned and may show signs of age or wear. Any major defects will always be clearly listed.
