Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
Delivery method
Customers select their preferred courier and service at checkout.
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Proof of condition
All items are photographed prior to dispatch to record condition and packaging for our records.
Import duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other local charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer/importer and are not included within the item or delivery price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Sonic Sam has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or refund any customs or import fees charged by local authorities or delivery providers.
Delivery delays
Sonic Sam is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, industrial action, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Risk & responsibility
All items are carefully packaged before dispatch.
Responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer once the item has been marked as delivered by the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.
Proof
Serial numbers and condition are recorded before dispatch. Returns must be the original item sent. Any items returned swapped, tampered with, or in a different condition may be refused and reported.”
